WrenchLog, operated by MotoMatt LLC, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address used at checkout.
  2. Submit a refund request through Paddle's portal, or
  3. Contact us through the Service and we will help process your request with Paddle.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to your plan until then.
