These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of WrenchLog (the "Service"), operated by MotoMatt LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
WrenchLog is a vehicle maintenance tracking application for powersports and automotive owners that helps users log vehicle service intervals and connect with service providers.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You must not misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: unlawful use, fraud, spam, infringement of intellectual property, attempting to interfere with security (malware, probing, scraping), or reverse-engineering the Service.
We retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the Service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or yearly cycle depending on the plan you select, until canceled.
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
We may suspend or terminate your access for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. Upon termination, you may export your data within a reasonable window before it is deleted.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MotoMatt LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
